Calls received by our S. O. S. breakdown service line are received by our staff members who have years of experience in professional fields and in trouble shooting. After the quick identification of the problem by phone, the Iveco breakdown truck equipped with the necessary parts is started off immediately.
Repairment on spot is not always possible because of technical reasons. In this case we provide the delivery of the broken-down truck to our service plant and we provide repair service as quickly as possible. During service time, our rent-a-car service may be for your help.

The breakdown service provides assistancee efficiently to vehicles broken down abroad, thanks to its long international experience and its staff working with the most developed communication technology in its call centre.

Calls received by this service number are answered by coordinators speaking several languages. Their task is to organize with our partners that the broken-down vehicle is either repaired on spot or - if it is not possible - taken to the closest Iveco service as quickly as possible by the Iveco official services abroad.
International breakdown assistance service and repair costs are paid according to the charges of the given country, while Service 24 Austria/Assistance Hungária Kft. also charges a fee for its assistance provided.
